Calvary to Present Flexible Feeding Technology at Stäubli Robotics Automotive Technology Days 2016 in Novi, MI at the Suburban Collection Showplace, May 24-25. The two-day event offers a unique opportunity to explore how robotics are driving Automotive Supplier Solutions, and how clean, consistent, high performance robotic technology can add value to manufacturing operations.

Calvary’s Flexible Feeding Technology combines a standard base, robot, Vision system, and hopper to belt fed components with minimal hard features for part orientation. Each module is equipped with a pass-through transport system to move subassemblies between modules. The chosen transport can be anything from a cam based box motion to linear motor driven smart conveyors. All modules can stand alone or are easily combined with others, both from mechanical connection standpoint and via modular controls systems to form a complete assembly system.
