New Registered Apprenticeship Program

Calvary Robotics is thrilled to announce the approval by New York State of our Apprenticeship Program. Controls and Machine Building is the focus of this program. We are committed to offering training opportunities and hands-on experience to our team. Accordingly, they will be building upon their skill set and capabilities. Calvary is pleased to partner with Monroe Community College and the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County in order to achieve our goal! We truly appreciate their support in developing career pathways for these occupations. For this reason, we anticipate continued current and future hiring needs being fulfilled with qualified people.

The American Apprenticeship Initiative (AAI)

The AAI of Western New York is an employer-driven United States Department of Labor (USDOL) workforce development grant for Advanced Manufacturers in Western New York.

It is important to realize the program provides a more stable workforce. As a result, it also helps to reduce turnover and raises productivity. In effect, the program can allow for career advancement. Other benefits include gaining nationally recognized credentials and mastering of in-demand skills.
