We have expertise in robotics, mechanical, and electrical. Even better, our team is still growing and we have the support of other Calvary Robotics teams to find the right automation solution for any problem you currently face.

Our team is prepared to deploy within 24 hours for any location in the continental US - arriving quickly to diagnose the problem at hand.

For those outside the US, 48 hours will be needed for deployment.  We currently offer support for machines in Canada, South America, Asia and Europe.

Retrofits & System Optimization

Our team offers a full range of services and also are happy to tailor maintenance programs to your facility. We offer the chance to have us visit and hold in-person seminars to teach your staff how to handle preventative maintenance efforts.

If you know you need diagnostic assistance and some repairs, we can provide a quote for that visit and offer repairs during the visit for the diagnostic. 

We regularly assist in refurbishment efforts, and we can share our previous experiences to help streamline your current project. We retrofitted a machine that was outputting 4,000 units to produce 43,000 units.

We retrofit both our own machines and machines installed by others. We can build in a site evaluation with our sales call visit to do an assessment and advise on the best next steps.

Our team is well-versed in the relocation and setup of onsite equipment. We can offer assistance in hiring a moving company or work with one of your choice.

Our team offers assistance in both the disassembly and the re-assembly of your automation machinery. We also can include retrofitting efforts to reduce the amount of downtime in the production schedule.

By bringing our expert team in the beginning, we can better analyze what your machinery requires to work efficiently. Better working machinery means more money going to the bottom line, and Calvary can not only make recommendations but also utilize our strong supply chain to solve needs quickly.
